Recently Zendesk, gathered demographic and product usage data from more than 15,000 of their clients to produce Benchmark statistics. Even bees are curious, so we took a peek to see how we were comparing to Zendesk’s other clients. We were really happy to see that we rank significantly higher than the average for customer satisfaction!
Zendesk is a web-based Help Desk and Support Ticket Software used by companies like Twitter, Groupon and Adobe. They

- in 137 countries
- and log 100 million service interactions a year
- serve 15,000 organizations like Membee
The benchmark compares performance metrics across industries, company size and customer type. They examined satisfaction, efficiency, and scale to arrive at the metrics.

Benchmark Performance Data Provided by Zendesk
Interestingly, Zendesk also noted that companies in Canada and Australia lead the global Zendesk Satisfaction Index with a score of 93%.
Another helpful snippet of information was that Zendesk found companies who offer rich self-service customer support materials had a higher level of customer satisfaction. They said “Best-in-class companies invest in self-service…”
This tells us that we are on the right track. We have been investing time to improve our How To articles and have been adding short videos to quite a number of them.
