Membee’s environment is professionally managed with built-in redundancy and is monitored 24X7X365. We are always working to ensure that our services are up, functioning properly and speedy. Despite these proactive efforts to ensure the highest possible uptime, things don’t always work exactly as expected and our services experience minor interruptions and issues, as do all software and web services providers – large and small. We also need to update our servers occasionally in order maintain maximum performance and sometimes this means that our services are partially unavailable for a short period of time (we choose times of the day and week where we experience the least amount of traffic on our servers).

To help ensure that you are able to get advance notice of any scheduled maintenance as well as timely updates in the rare event that any issues occur, we have created a new website at www.membeestatus.com. Technically, www.membeestatus.com is a blog which uses some great technology to make it easy for our technicians to post technical updates from their smart phones! When needed, we will post updates on:

  • Technical issues and what aspects of Membee are impacted
  • Hardware updates and any potential impact on services while the update is being performed
  • Release notes for updates to Membee itself

Its easy get membeestatus.com send its updates to you automatically by:

  • Following on Twitter
  • Subscribing to the site’s RSS feed

We posted a detailed article in Membee’s Tips & Tricks knowledgebase (you’ll need your Membee username and password) to help you get going with Twitter or getting the membeestatus.com RSS feed into your favorite news reader.
