Your organization has had such a successful year that the growth in membership means you need to hire a new person. Now how do you give them access to Membee?
Adding a new staff user in Membee is as easy as adding a new member and you don’t have to wait for someone else to give your new hire access to the system. All you need to start is a unique email address so that the person can be authenticated when they log in to Membee. Once logged in, a staff person:
- Can access parts of Membee as a user based on their defined roles in the “Association Staff” program.
- Can log in to member pages as if they were a member if they are in the “Member Service Center” program. Note that this program is added automatically when you activate the person in the Access Information panel.
- Can access website content based on the “Website” roles defined in the “Association Staff” program. You can even set up your website development consultant so that they have access as a “Website Administrator”. That way they can keep easily keep your web pages up to date without having access to your membership data.
