We have just posted an update to Membee that included a couple of major new features that many of our users have been anticipating along with a number of smaller fixes and changes that have been in the works for awhile. Here are a few of the highlights:
NEW FEATURES
There has been two major features added to Membee for you. Both have been developed to save you time and help you streamline your communication with members and your drop and renewal processes.
Batch Membership Report:
The Batch Membership Management Report allows you to either cancel/suspend or renew a group of members without needing to go into each record and write-off invoices, deactivate or activate user access etc. It has been designed to perform the common "steps" that you would take when dropping or reinstating your members. System Email Templates
Email Templates have undergone a major upgrade throughout Membee to allow you to create system templates in Membee more easily and to allow for enhanced billing capabilities. Users can now add invoice, event and membership management templates for specific situations that can be chosen throughout the program. Click here for all the details.
NEW ENHANCEMENTS
You can now send an ebill from Quick Event Sales: We have added the ability for you to send an ebill directly from the Quick Event Sales form. When you open the form you will see a new checkbox titled "Send eBill email if balance owing" If this is checked and the record you are making the sale for is enabled to receive an ebill, Membee will send it for you, further streamlining your event registration process.
A new layout has been added for your invoices and statements. If you open a dues or event invoice report, or a statement you will see a new layout called "Double Window Layout". This has been designed to allow you to use a US Standard #9 Doubled Window envelope to send your invoices out in.
