A recent enhancement to Membee’s email template management features makes it easy to:
- Create unlimited templates for confirmation, order summary, rejection and reminder event emails.
- Customize the templates for any specific event.
Using the new Template functions in Membee you can easily add details about your events to the automatic Confirmation Emails. That way as soon as someone registers for your event they have all the information they need with a minimal amount of effort on your part.
When someone registers for your event they may also need to know the dress code for the event, or information about the the venue, or where to park, or booth setup times, or any number of other details. You might even want to provide a link to a web page that keeps your members current on details for a conference for which they have registered. Editing the event email templates is an easy way to do this.

Default Event Email Templates
Whenever you add a new event Membee creates 4 email templates specific to that event that can be sent to the registrant automatically:
You can take advantage of these automatic emails by customizing them a bit in the Admin > System Email Templates > Events area. Click here to see how- Email Templates . Remember to have your Membee login ready so that you can access this article.
You can also customize the default templates used to create the event specific templates. Add generic contact information or your logo to the default so that you don’t have to add it each time the event specific emails are created for you.
