Do you currently send out a letter along with paper copies of your membership bills? Want an easier and faster way to touch base with your members as you are sending their membership dues invoices?
Use the Membee E-bill Invoice Email templates to promote your organization or to remind the member about the benefits of membership right on the email containing the link to their bill. You can even tailor these emails for specific membership levels corresponding to different member statuses (Bronze and Gold). You can customize the templates to remind the member what their membership fees buy them.

In the example above the system has been set up to use the membership Status to identify the members at each membership level and the Email Invoice Template has been modified to add the highlighted information. This status could then be used to run batch membership Invoicing reports. As you run the Email Invoices Report filtered on the batch for the Bronze status you would choose the Bronze Invoice template in the Email area of the Settings on the report. You would repeat the process for the Gold Members changing the template to the Gold Level email template.
The result would be that each member status receives an email outlining the benefits of membership at their particular membership level saving you from having to send out printed letters or separate emails. It also reminds the member of the benefit your organization provides right at the time they are being asked to pay for their next membership year.
