It is finally spring (at least in some parts of the world!) and our thoughts are turning to all things green.  Membee can help your organization turn over a new and greener leaf, by using the many electronic communication methods that are built right in. This not only saves you time but reduces your costs (no more stamps!) not to mention all of those trees you’ll save.  Here’s how you can bee green

Instead of sending out a paper copy of your bills send E-bills instead:

Here are some links to get you started. (Remember to have your login information ready when you click on the links.)

Instead of sending paper copies of your newsletter use Membee’s integration with MailChimp to send out an electronic newsletter:

Instead of sending out paper verification reports for your members to mark up and return have them sign in to their online profile and update the information online:

Here at Membee we try to do our part too.  Our main methods of communicating with you, like The Latest Buzz (our blog) and The Beeline (our newsletter), are sent out electronically using MailChimp.  You will also see that we don’t publish a paper version of our How To or Help Topics.  Instead we use various electronic means to deliver this kind of information in either our Help from the Hive or  the Academy.  This not only helps us save trees, it allows us to easily update information so we can keep you up to date on all the exciting things we are planning and adding to Membee.

Have a happy and GREEN week!
