A real quick post this week to tell you about three new features in Membee. One designed to keep you in the loop and the other two implemented to further engage Membee users and gather your feedback.

Quick and To The Point Updates

A one sentence important message will appear at the top of Membee when there is something you need to know. We’ll use the new Alert Bar to tell you about the latest Membee update, a major new feature, or simply something we think is important for you to know.

The Alert Bar contains two links. One for more details that will take you to more detailed information. A second link to instantly hide the Alert Bar which will keep it hidden until the next announcement. Learn more.

 

Your Vote Counts – Really

MeTooVote_02We’re constantly adding great new help documents to Membee’s knowledge base. There are a lot of powerful features in Membee and an even greater number of ways to communicate those features to Membee users. We are driven to find the ways that deliver the important information in a manner that’s the fastest and the easiest to understand. We’re trying some different ways of communicating in the knowledge base and we really need your input as to the way that you think works best for you.

All we need from you is one mouse click. With that mouse click, you tell which articles and communication styles in Membee’s knowledge base worked for you. You will find the the voting “Me Too” button at the bottom of every article in the Membee knowledge base. That tells us what works and we’ll make more! Learn more.

 

Customer Satisfaction Rating Gives the Power to the People

head_cust_sat_ratings_01Okay, the “Power to the People” part might be a bit over the top.  You may have noticed this week that every time you received a solution to a support ticket from Membee’s customer service team , you got a chance to rate your experience. Twenty four hours after your issue is resolved, you’ll get an email asking you one simple question about your experience. Were you satisfied or unsatisfied?

Your feedback helps us to continually improve the Membee customer service experience. If a response you receive from us receives a “unsatisfied” rating, special workflow in Membee’s Help Desk system notifies senior staff and we follow up. Learn more.
