In case you missed it in the June 25th Release Notes; we recently made an update to the Directory Widget that allows you to manage the text and icon for featured listings.
For featured listings, the default look of the text and icon in the directory is 
and featured listings look like this in the search results.
You can change the text and icon to whatever you would like. (Note that there is a size limitation for the icon of 15 px by 15 px max).

Board Approved Members:
or Best Pick Members:
or One of Your Member Types
or Environmentally Friendly Members
A new Featured Listing Text box allows you to enter the text and a Featured Listing Icon upload allows you to set the icon to be displayed. Here is a link to the Widget Setup article (Remember you’ll need your username and password to access the article).
To change the color of the standout listing text use the style box in the widget and enter in the color style.
The possibilities are limited only by your imagination!
