Need a fast answer to an easy question? Ever wish you could just quickly confer with the Membee support team? Well, now you can! We are rolling out a new online chat service very soon and support reps will be available to chat between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. MT (GMT -07). Getting help in Membee couldn’t bee sweeter!
When you click NEXT, the system will automatically suggest articles that might answer your question so that you don’t have to wait for a support person.
If none of the articles help, click the button that says, “None of these are helpful – get in touch”. You then have the option of chatting your question if someone is available or, if the issue is complicated or not time-sensitive, you can submit a support request.
Here’s what the chat screen looks like –
When the chat session closes, a ticket is created so that you can refer back to the support agent’s answer. If all agents are busy or unavailable, the system automatically opens a window where you can enter the details of your issue. When you click on Submit, a ticket is created for you so that an agent can get back to you as soon as possible.
You may wonder what happens if you click on the Help link at the top of the page. In that case, you are taken directly into the home page for Membee user support where you can search for information or submit a ticket as you normally would.
