Membee’s popular E-billing feature is getting a big update, making it faster for your members to pay. The new widget will also make deploying your E-billing page even easier.
The E-Billing Control is Now a Widget
The new Widget is part our our ongoing effort to make implementing our online modules seamless and will allow you to integrate the Membee E-billing page right into your current website. Simply paste a bit of script generated by Membee into your webpage.
Enhancements
We have added a few enhancements to the E-billing page.
Apply Styles to the Widget – A Style section in the new Widget allows you to have the elements of the E-bill look exactly as you wish.
Comments – Two new comments fields let you add whatever text you want so that it shows up on your E-billing page. Perhaps you have specific information that has to be included with your invoices – now you can add free form comment text.
Control text on the page – Want your payment submission button to say something other than “Pay Me Now”? The new widget lets you easily change text for all of the buttons and titles on the page simply by entering text into the label fields.
New Features
1. Thank you Emails – You can choose to send a thank you email to your members when they pay online.
2. Staff Notifications – Have the system send a notification to the staff member(s) you choose to let them know that an online payment has been accepted.
3. E-billing Email Templates – Membee’s email templates let you customize the text sent for both the Member Thank You Email and the Staff Notification.
The widget will be added to the software within the next few weeks. Watch for Release Notes with updates about this and other enhancements. (Remember to have your username and password ready).
