What do you do if you don’t know what to do in Membee? Getting help in Membee is easy! The Support tab stays at the left hand side of the screen no matter where you are in Membee just waiting for you to ask a question.
Despite the great rating our help desk receives ( Membee Ranks High in Customer Satisfaction), the best answer to most questions is the one you get immediately. Our help articles are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They are the fastest way to get an answer to your question since you don’t have to wait for a support agent to get back to you.
Type your question into the text box and then click Next. For example, you might want help learning to run reports so you would type “Reports” into the text box.
When you submit your question, Membee searches for articles that contain the how to information that you are looking for and returns a list of links like this:
Click on one or more of the links to open up the articles, which contain information and steps to complete various tasks like running reports. Many articles also contain short videos that will walk you through the steps.
What if none of the articles answers your question? Then just click on the button at the bottom of the list.
If you click on the “get in touch” button between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., Mountain Time you will be able to use Chat to ask one of our support representatives a quick question. If all agents are busy or unavailable, the system automatically opens a window where you can enter the details of your issue. When you click on Submit, a ticket is created for you so that an agent can get back to you as soon as possible.
If your question is complicated or you don’t have time for a Chat, just click on “Submit a support Request”. When the Support Question window pops up, enter a question or a subject for your ticket and, in the details section, tell us a bit about the issue you are having.

- What steps have you already taken?
- What results did you get?
- What results were you expecting?
When you click on Submit, a ticket is created and is routed to one of our customer service representatives via email. You will receive a notice to let you know who has been assigned and we will get right to work on your question.
