PACE sets the pace with Membee’s WordPress Plug In

One of our newest clients is also one of the first to implement Membee’s new WordPress plug in on their site. The Professional Association for Customer Engagement or PACE (formerly the American Teleservices Association) are an organization whose members are companies with inbound or outbound contact centers, users of Teleservices, trainers, consultants, and equipment suppliers who initiate, facilitate, and generate telephone, Internet, and e-mail sales, chat service, and support. PACE recently developed a new WordPress website and are using Membee’s Integrated Login to handle access to their member’s only site pages.
We spoke to Tom Deeter who was responsible for the new website:
Tom, how are things going with the new PACE Association site?
Everything is going relatively smoothly considering we just created a new website. We found that it was easy to use the WordPress plug in and it meant that we didn’t need to hire a developer. We haven’t had any negative feedback.

How have your members reacted to your new site?
Our members have been signing in with no issues and if they did encounter problems I could simply send them the reset login email with a single click. It is really easy to use. There is no long drawn out troubleshooting session.
What is WordPress?
To serve a growing group of clients who use WordPress we created a plug in that lets our subscribers easily manage secured areas of their WordPress sites right from Membee.

Extending WordPress
There are also over 19,000 plugins available. Plugins are tools used to extend the functionality of the WordPress platform and they can do almost anything you can imagine.
One kind of plugin that is popular with our clients is forum software like bbPress or BuddyPress but the sky is virtually the limit.
