One of our New Year’s resolutions was to help our users by making the process of accepting online registrations, new memberships or online profile updates easier and faster. A soon to be released enhancement to the Service Centre accomplishes that goal.
The process of viewing and accepting information entered by your members online (or “resolving” the records) is done in the Service Centre Updates area. We have been working behind the scenes to enhance the Service Centre by:
- Making Membee smarter about how it finds matching records in your data
- Re-organizing the pages
- Creating better workflows
- Adding settings to let you choose to automate the process if you wish
In today’s blog we are going take a look at the new layouts.
NEW TABS
The new tabs take you directly to the process you want to work on: Event Registrations, Profile Updates or New Member Sign Ups. Each tab indicates the number of registrations or new members or profile updates waiting for resolution.
ALL ON ONE PAGE LAYOUTS
A new layout lets you see everything for each Event Registration or Profile Update or New Member Sign Up up all on one page.
