Organizations, people and employees will be assigned to existing records if the email address and name are found in your data. If no match is found a record will be created.

Or View Information As It Is Received…
If you want to review the information as it comes in, Membee will send automatic notifications to let your staff so they know they have tasks waiting for them to process. Reminder emails will be delivered notifying staff members of any outstanding tasks.
Assign access to a tab to a particular person. For example, Sally can be set up as the person who processes events but she might not have access to the Profile Update or New Member Sign Up Tabs. Staff members assigned will only be able to access the tasks that they have been given access to, for example, Events Registrations only accessible by your Events Coordinator.
Automatically Post Invoices
For event registrations where the purchaser has chosen the “Invoice Me” payment option rather than an online credit card payment, acceptance of the registration automatically creates and sends the invoice. Setting the post invoice and send E-bill options will only be used if the event isn't paid using an online payment provider.
Digest emails containing statistics on automatically processed items and outstanding tasks are sent to the association staff member you designate in the automation settings.
The daily digests will be delivered to your staff at intervals you set:
- 4 hours
- 12 hours
- 24 hours
- Once a week
