Thanks to the feedback from Membee users, we learned that while reminding everyone who is outstanding in one quick step is great, often, the “reminder” is to an individual member and needs to be personalized in some way. It is this ability to customize the message to this one member provided you can do it quickly and easily, that creates the most effective (and friendly) nudge to get them to renew.
