Survey Says Membee’s Customer Service Ranks High

Thank you!  This week, Membee’s customer service reached an astonishing 99% satisfaction rating by our global user base. Last week, the supplier of Membee’s much loved Help Desk, a key element of Membee’s customer service strategy, released the results of its benchmark customer satisfaction survey for Q4 2013.

Even bees are curious, so we took a peek to see how we were comparing to Zendesk’s other clients.  We were really happy to see that we rank significantly higher than the average for customer satisfaction. 18% better than the average in fact!

Interestingly, Zendesk also noted that companies located in Norway (91%) and Canada (89%) lead the global Zendesk Satisfaction Index.

We are very proud of Membee’s satisfaction rating (98% average in Q4 2013) because we know those numbers represent to great service for you, and all Membee users.  This rating also tells us that we are on the right track and we’re even more motivated to keep the rating high.
