Are you busy with planning an event and not too sure when you will find time to send out those all important emails to promote your event? Two new Membee automations can take care of all of this for you!
Pre-Event Email Reminders
If you have an upcoming event, and you would like increase revenues by marketing to those that have not yet registered, you can use Membee’s Pre-Event Automation to do so. This can be used for any event you have set up, from golf tournaments, galas, or any other type of information event. When setting up this automation, it will only send a reminder email to those that have not yet registered for the event as a purchase or indicated as an attendee (or both if you like). You can gear the email marketing campaign to certain statuses, or even those that previously registered for another event you think might like to attend your next event.
Here are some common uses for this new automation:
- Market to those that have not yet registered to your event
- Target specific members through statuses to events that caters to them
- Promote your event to those that attended a similar event(s)

When the recipients of your email campaign receive the email, it is customized with their name and the event you are promoting within the email. You can include the details of the event such as the date, time and location, along with a link to the event itself for them to register.

Post-Event Email Reminders
After your event is over, what better reason to get in contact with your event participants than to send them a personalized email thanking them for participating. With Membee’s Post Event Reminders, you can set when to send out the thank you emails after the event has occurred.
Here are some common uses for this new automation:
- Say thanks automatically. Thank your event participants after your event is over.
- Send targeted emails to those that have attended of an up-coming event they may be interested in
- Market to those that missed the event and what they missed out on

When sending a Post Event Reminder, you can say thanks to those that attended your event. As part of the thank you, you can also offer them to register for your next event at the same time. Customize this that way you want, and market a targeted audience, or invite everyone to your next event.
