While these resources are impressive, they present an unintended challenge to our users… where to find the precise answer they are looking for.
“I know the answer is in there, I just don’t know where to look” is simply not what what we want Membee users to experience.
We sat down and thought about how we could make this tremendous pool of resources more available to Membee’s users and we came up with a complete redesign of the Help System and the video below will give you a quick overview of the new features:
