Are you taking advantage of Membee’s “Thank You For Your Renewal” Automation email?! Did you even know that Membee had this feature? Follow the steps below to find out how to set up your newest Automation:

But First, Why?

Members need to feel a certain amount of gratitude no matter what they’re purchasing. When aiming for someone's loyalty it’s especially important for them to feel valued. Additionally financial benefits will occur if more of your members feel personally thanked, and will in turn develop a strong feeling of loyalty.

Setting up these “Thank You For Your Renewal” automatic emails will spark a positive word-of-mouth marketing campaign, and the best part is how SIMPLE it is to set up.

Setting Up “Thank You For Renewing” Automation

To tell Membee you want to send the "Thank You For Your Renewal" email you will need to check the box in the Ebilling Widget to allow this action, as the default in Membee is to have it unchecked.
 
1. Go to Admin in Membee found in the top right hand corner, (login info required), scroll down to the Ebilling Widget and find “Send Thank You for Renewing” and check the box as shown in the screenshot below:

2. Like all of the other Automations in Membee go to “Admin” at the top right (Membee login required) and select “System Email Template” in the “Email” section:

3. A smaller window will pop-up with a drop menu. The list of all of Membee’s Automations will appear, now chose “Renewal”:

4. Two Renewal Automation options will appear, now go ahead and select “Thank You For Your Renewal”:

 

 

 

5. A template will now appear, simple as that!

You can now customize the email however you would like, and BAM you’re all set with a brand new Automation. Every time a member renews they will be thanked with an awesome personalized email.
