Membee Adds Community Event’s Functionality
Membee has recently increased the value of membership by adding Community Event’s Calendars!
If you or your member organizations hold a lot of board/committee meetings they can now post them on a separate calendar. This is perfect for those who would like to keep track of these meetings, but don’t want to clog up their membership events calendar.
Members Can Upload Events
With the community event’s calendar your members have the option to upload an event:
Ex. The local pickleball chapter is a member of the National Pickleball Association and would like to add their monthly board meeting to the Community Event’s calendar.
- If a member wants to upload to the Community Events calendar they have to fill out the submission form
- The Membee user will receive a notification of the entry for approval
- The event will not appear on the calendar until it is approved
- You decide if you want the community events on your events calendar or on a completely separate calendar on your website

Is there a way to make a community event repeat … say monthly on the first Saturday of the month … Over some period of time … indefinitely or say for 12 months?
Your board meeting is a good example of a meeting that repeats regularly.
