Membee Complete offers various additional features that you may require for your website which we considered “add-ons”. One of these additional features is a secured document library built to place documents in the hands of your members!
How Does It Work?
The document library is added to a page on your website to display the documents and includes the following:
- Available only for Membee Complete websites
- You upload the documents
- Unlimited documents
- Easily mark documents as protected, requiring member login
- Option to display a public library and a private library
- Google won’t index your protected documents
Visitors Can Download Documents in One Click
Once a document is uploaded, visitors can click the document file it will immediately download to their device.
Display Libraries With Different Documents
You can generate different libraries that display different documents based on their category.
These libraries can be secured to members only, requiring a Membee login in order to access, including security when the document link is shared
For example, a public document library and a private document library
Public Library
This displays documents with the category “Public Resources”

What’s Included In the Add-On
We set up the Add-On for you which includes some but is not limited to:
- Installing the document library to your Membee Complete site
- Setup initial set of categories and tags for the documents
- Upload a maximum 20 documents for you to start – you can continue to upload as many after
- Secure your library requiring members to login with their Membee login credentials
- Test the document upload, members-only security, downloads, etc.
