1. The Joining Stage

The membership lifecycle begins when a new member joins – this is the start of something great! We’ll look into the signup process and how you can customize the setup to create workflows to ensure you capture the right information and send tailored welcome emails.

2. The Engagement Stage

With Membee’s new “Milestone Automation”, you can keep in touch with your members throughout the year to increase your engagement! You can send automated anniversary emails, check-in emails to remind new members of their membership benefits or even reminders of expiring information like certifications. The milestone automation can also keep you informed of who these members are without sending messages to the member. 

3. The Renewal Stage

This process should be fully automated for you so you don’t need to lift a finger. We’ll look at the best practices and the recommended schedule that’s proven to work for countless organizations.

4. The Cancellation Stage

The goal is to never reach this point, but the reality is that it can happen. The cancellation can occur automatically to ensure delinquent members can no longer access member benefits, or manually by you, or from the member themselves if you proceed to enable that option. 

5. The Rejoining Stage

A cancelled member doesn’t mean it’s the end of their lifecycle! They can return and be a member at any moment. We’ll dive into an automation that gives the cancelled member an opportunity to maintain their membership and how you can allow members to reinstate themselves.
